EXTREMELY URGENT! Need a horse rescue (or any rescue willing to take horses) in northeastern Mississippi. There are 2 horses that have been starving for over a year and are in a tiny enclosure. I have contacted law enforcement to no avail and had contacted 2 horse rescues last year who told me they would take them but never did. For a year I thought they were safe and now I find out the rescue flaked out and never took them!!!
